    * HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit Bartuska's Furniture in Nanticoke and fill out an entry form. Only one entry per address will be allowed.
    * ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen or over to enter and win, and a legal resident of, and currently living in the United States.
    * LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators, and their employees, officers, agents and directors from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing and/or use or acceptance of any prize.
    * GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Giveaway is void where prohibited.
    * WINNER SELECTION: The prize winner will be selected on or about September 15th, 2010 through a random drawing of all eligible entries received. All drawings will be held at Bartuska's Furniture. All drawings will be conducted by Bartuska's Furniture, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding.
    * Winners will be notified by phone. If a winner does not respond and meet the below requirements, Bartuska's reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all entries that did not win a prize. In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a publicity release, and may also be required to provide additional information (which may include, but not be limited to, social security or other tax information), waivers and releases. Winners will have one week to provide all such information and to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and publicity release (if required by Bartuska's). These documents will, among other things, release the Released Parties from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or the use or receipt of any prizes, and allow the use of the winners name and likeness. Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and Bartuska's reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
    * ADVERTISING: Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner's acceptance of prize will constitute permission for Bartuska's Furniture and the other Released Parties to use winner's name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Sweepstakes and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.
    * PRIZES: Awarded will be: One first prize of the winner's choice of a Hughes model 100 Rocker recliner in any available color or a Pulaski 21214 curio cabinet. One second prize of an AOC Envision 24" HDTV. One third prize of a Sylvania Blu-ray player. One fourth prize of a Pharos 4.3" GPS. One fifth prize of a Kodak EasyShare 10.2MP digital camera.
